Refund policy

 

RETURNS POLICY WEB ORDERS:

 

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You have 28 days of receiving your order to return it for an exchange, a gift voucher for use in the standalone store, or a refund.  

 

Items must be returned in their original condition with no visible signs of wear or use, have original tags and original packaging.

 

Until you return the items to us you are responsible for their safekeeping and taking reasonable

care for them.

 

We can only refund to the original method of payment and card details.

 

We offer free returns in-store @ Gerry Weber, Newton Mearns. Refunds can only be issued to the original cardholder and to the original payment card used to purchase the order as per the paperwork, without return paperwork we are unable to assist.

We do not accept responsibility for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap them adequately to prevent damage.

 

Please obtain your proof of postage for use in the event of loss or damage.

 

Once your package is received back to us refunds will be processed within 3-5 days and depending on your bank this can then take up to 5 days to show on your account.
